Hello, BP community!

I have found a potential SFH investment property in Lexington, KY that has solid FLIP potential. I am looking for a Real Estate Agent and General Contractor that are based in Lexington, KY that have experience working with investors to pursue this opportunity and any future investment opportunities as well.

Are there any Lexington, KY investors in the forums that could offer suggestions on who would be great to work with for this opportunity?

Also, if you all have any suggestions on reputable title companies I would love to hear those suggestions as well.
