Thanks Jonathan. I'm in the beginning stages but that's good information.  Ill definitely follow up as I have a trip planned in mid October to look at the lots and see if other possibilities are even feasible.

Not as of yet. There are a few multi family's on the street but I do have to do my due diligence. I also wanted to at least connect with local contractors as well as I was also looking at investment properties in that area. My family is from there so I know a little about the area. I am debating on relocating to Either Durham or Greensboro in a year. I've been down a few times and love Durham.  Any input you have is helpful as well.

Good evening.

I own a few lots in High Point North Carolina and I am looking to build a 1 level duplex.  Looking to partner with a local contractor/Builder to find out what the cost are so we van get a timeline on building.  Any refrences or refferalls are welcome.
