@Daniel Leyden thank you for your response.  I reviewed your website and it seems that you don't lend to the Worcester county area, is that correct?  My market is mainly in Worcester county at this point.

I am looking to get connected to a few great people/organizations to assist in my flips in the Boston area, specifically Worcester.  Can anybody refer some contractors (I'd like to build relationships with at least 5) that you have worked with in this area?  Also, any hard money lenders that folks have had good experiences with that service Massachusetts?

@Cheng Bin Zhang For flips I am starting in the Worcester area.  I'd like to take a look at Waltham/Watertown/Belmont to start my rental portfolio, preferably with duplex's and triplex's.

I am excited to venture back into the RE investor marketplace.  I spent some time investing with my father in the Georgia market, but never took the plunge myself.  I am looking to focus on flipping in the Massachusetts market while also developing a steady growing portfolio of buy and hold rentals.  I look forward to connecting with great folks in the BP community!
