Thank you Nick and Eric! I am all about reaching financial freedom with buy and hold properties. I currently rent my first home because it just made way more sense than selling. Here's a little background. I bought in 2006 at the age of 22. We all know what happened shortly thereafter in 2009 and here I am nearly 13 years later with only a small portion of equity. I have a great set of renters in there and it dawned on me that I should replicate this!! So, I'm trying to find my way investing in either single family or multi family properties as my next step. I have a lot to learn. When I hear, "you need to know your numbers" I have a small idea of what my numbers are. Thats what im focusing on right now along with saving money, reading and hopefully talking with more people who are doing what I want to do here in BP!
