@Julie Sisnroy- I’m wondering the same thing!

All- I’ve gotten a quote from corevest, and they seems to be the best option I’ve found so far, but they require 5 units minimum, which is really slowing down our refi schedule.

Definitely still interested in finding a lender who will lend to a company for single units.

Anyone here that is looking around, call me at (850) 602-6842 or just look in the corner for a group of 5 or so

Just go to the front desk and ask for the group booked under my name. 

We may have to wait a bit- we are on the "call ahead" list but it's not a true reservation.

We had a good first meeting in May, but I didn't quite get it together again for June- want to guage availability for this date in July.

This event is for those who:

• are seriously interested in investing in real estate (actively investing or taking steps to start)
• want to exchange ideas, tips on deals, and encourage each other
• investing anywhere, but especially in the extended Atlanta metro
• but live in Brookhaven/Chamblee and don't want to drive very far to meet like-minded folks

The location is Pure Taqueria- I figured we should mix it up a bit and they have a great upstairs open in the summer.
