Hi All ,

I am looking into an loan with freddie mac . Is it really non recourse? can they go after me for anything else? the language reads that full recourse applies for standard industry reasons.. which is vague to me . Any one have experience of when they can actually go after me personally rather than the property?

Thanks all

Hi all,

I am looking to form a partnership in the acquisition of MF properties . My concerns are possible disagreements on refinancing and pulling out money, or when timing to resell.. ETC any one have experience or comments on how to protect my self , thanks.

Hi Does any one have any experience in 1031's and seller financing. My scenario is that I just sold off 2 of my units and did a 1031 . I want to buy a 12 unit building and the seller is willing to do seller financing. Can I still do a 1031 exchange on the purchase? Any help/insight is appreciated. Thank you.

Hey Chris thanks for the reply. Yes i have the cash to buy a larger multifamily. Sorry i wasnt clear . I wanted to know once i purchase a larger building say 15 to 20 units what are my options in pulling out money? Can i pull out just the down payment in equity? Or can i pull out more? Thanks

Hi Everyone . I am a rookie investor and own a couple rental properties but soon will be getting into larger multifamily properties. Can someone share with me if its a good idea to pull out money and if so the proper way to do it ? thanks
