I'm closing one at True Title next week.  I am also working with the owner of the company on a legal matter and he is very kind and helpful.

I have heard great things about Ultimate Realty and I have also met the owner, Terry and he seems like a good guy.  One of my clients works with them on a regular basis and has nothing but great things to say as well.

Awesome topic.  I am a sales rep for a digital advertising company in St. Louis named Vivial.  At this job, I sell digital advertising to many types of businesses.  Things like web design, SEO, Pay-Per-Click, and social media management are just a few subjects we are really good at.  The job is extremely rewarding in many ways and I have built up an incredible network of business owners and friends in St. Louis as a result of it.  It is also great because for the most part I can spend my time and days doing whatever/wherever I wish as long as I am writing my sales objective which I always do! :-)

Hello Everyone!

I am closing on my first rental property (SFR) next week and I plan on self-managing. It is also worth mentioning that I plan to acquire five additional SFR's by year end and to continue to scale up from there. I love the idea of using software to help me to stay organized.

My question is would anyone recommend using Buildium starting out with just one property?  I like the idea of having the system in place as I add properties and get larger over the next few years.

Thanks in advance for the advice!

Aaron

Hello Everyone!

My name is Aaron, I am 26 and I am a resident of St. Charles, MO which is in the St. Louis, MO area.  I have a good job with a good salary (working for a Google Premier Partner) and I want to take the money I am making now and start getting into real estate investing.  I listen to BP podcasts every day and I also read many of the articles on here.

I am interested in networking with real estate investors in my area. I am an active member of the St. Charles, MO and O'Fallon, MO chambers of commerce and through my career I have a great network of local contractors if I would need them.

If anyone is in my area and is knowledgeable about the St. Louis, MO market, please respond to this thread and tell me what you think!
