We are currently looking for a house-hack opportunity in St. Petersburg. I would be interested in seeing the listing. I am not aware of the rules for the forum, but feel free to reach out privately if you prefer. I know we have reviewed some properties with some unusual layouts. St. Pete has some areas that have old construction.

Is starting a campground from empty land too much for an initial investment? The idea is to find land that does not need the land to be cleared, other than laying out utilities. 

Just looking for comments on the scope of this project.

Looking for a CPA specializing in Real Estate Investing. I am located in St Petersburg, FL but it does not have to be local. As long as you are familiar with the local Florida tax laws. I am wanting to set up my LLC. This would be for my first investment in a house-hack/multifamily unit.
