I'm not stuck on any certain part of Houston.  Currently I have found a few interesting listings in SW side of the city.  Not looking for flips.  Just fix, rent, and hold.

Anyone have a realtor working in the Houston area that they recommend? I'm new to the area and looking to purchase a single family property. There seems to be no shortage of realtors in the area, just tough to pick one when your new. Looking to find someone what focuses on residential investment properties. Any experience or recommendation would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
