@Bradford Hilt Hey! This is an old post, I know. I'm looking to start a PM company and have been reading various posts on BP about the subject. You mentioned in your post you would be open to sharing more about how you do it. Most people on BP are very negative about PM, how hard it is, etc. etc. Would love to know hear more about your experience. Thanks.

@Alex Olson hey, I actually have reached out to a couple of those banks in the past, but the loan products they had at that time were 20-yr am. with a 5-7 year term. I'm looking for 30-yr freddie/fannie conventional loans right now. I'm not talking about Freddie Multi-family loans for $1mm+, the properties I am buying/refinancing right now are just 2-4 units residential properties. Thanks.

@Andrew Syrios Thanks, Andrew!

@Chet Hileman hey, I saw your post. Do you lend in KC as well? I'm looking to max out my 10 allowable Freddie/Fannie 30-yr loans before moving into loans with shorter amortizations, balloons, etc. Looking for a lender specializing in investor financing — the lender I'm working with now is mostly focused on homebuyers, owner-occupied, etc. Thanks for the help!

@Andrew Syrios Hey Andrew ...do any of the banks you mentioned do Fannie/Freddie 30-yr loans? Since I only have a few properties, I'm looking to max out my 10 allowable Freddie/Fannie 30-yr loans first before moving into loans with shorter amortizations, balloons payments, etc. Thanks!

@Kirk Calhoon hey, I know this post is 3 years old, but do you still recommend First Federal Bank? I'm looking to max out my 10 allowable Freddie/Fannie 30-yr loans before moving into loans with shorter amortizations, balloons, etc. Does First Federal do 30-yr conventional? Thanks for the help!

@Michael` Cluer I know this post is 3 years old, but did you end up finding a good lender? I have a list of KC lenders, but they are mostly portfolio or commercial loans, etc. I'm looking to max out my 10 allowable Freddie/Fannie 30-yr loans before moving into loans with short amortizations, balloons, etc. Thanks for the help!

@Kristen Beahm Hi, ...does your fiance do fannie/freddie 30 yr conventional loans? If so, would you mind sending me his info as well? Thanks!

@Kevin Romines Hello, I just stumbled upon this thread. Would you mind sending me a recommendation for 30 yr Freddie/Fannie lenders who work in Missouri? I'm in the process of purchasing/refinancing some 2-4 unit properties, the lender I'm working with has some overlays that are causing an issue. Thanks for the help!

@rick congrats on the new acquisition. Would you mind sharing the terms that Community America has offered you such as rate, term, amortization, etc? Thanks!
