What are some ways and things that can help you get a pre approval letter

With little to no money in hand and not so good credit how would I be able to start off or what could be some steps to speed the process up ??

@Nazeam Joseph me personally no because the the smell or stains the pets leave may not come out and then you will have to replace it by spending more money .
