yes I did

I was originally going to use a HELOC for the down payment but that would be 5% interest or more. With borrowing against the truck loan @ 1.9 % it just seems better and cheaper.

I currently have 10,000 dollars equity in my Truck. My Credit union is willing to loan me 10,000 @ 1.9 %. Can I use this for the 20 percent  down payment for a real estate investment loan on a deal I'm looking to buy. Is there anything  illegal about doing this.

What is a good way to calculate ARV and appraisal value. I'm pretty good at estimating the rehab cost. What tools (i.e. Eppraisail, housecanary, etc.) are you guys using. I haven't finished real estate lic. yet so I don't have access to the MLS. I could call a realtor but I'm planning on analyzing hundreds of properties and that would be hard to get a realtor to give me comps on that many.

I have an Opportunity to buy an RV Park that is 1 ac. It has 10 lots and currently 4 are rented for a total of 1275.00 a month. I have to pay 400 a month (generally 100 a month per RV) for electricity during summer months but not so much for the other time. Water is 30 a month and garbage 80 a month.

Seller will finance at 6% for 5 years.  40,000 with 10,000 down.

My question is are there closing cost associated with seller financing.
