Thanks for the info.  I'll look into both leads at River City and First Harrison.

Logan Raley at River City Bank may be able to help or call And ask for Jeff Thomas at First Harrison Bank

Hi Aaron

We completed a refi & roll last week for $400,000 and another one this week for $480,000. PM me if you want more info. We have a total of $9.5 million in refi & roll proceeds the past five years.

Gino

Thanks for the invitation.  I'll send you a PM.

@Shaun Weekes Thanks for the info. I have 2 SFH that were purchased without a loan. One was purchased 2 years ago and the other 8 months ago. I'm looking to purchase a few more and want to be prepared for the seasoning period.

Hello BP,

Has anyone been involved in a cash out refi recently?  I have seen older post on the site, but not much activity lately.  I just spoke to a loan officer and they are saying for a conventional FM/FM loan I need a 1 year season period.  A lot of the older post listed a 6 months season period.  I'm looking for any info or contacts that could help.

Thanks,

@David D'Errico Thanks for sharing. How long was the process? Does it matter if thet are involved before or after the close?
