Post: Foreclosure find-What to do next???

Hello everyone,

So, I found a foreclosure that was sold to the current LLC in 2013 and the property has a current tenant. The property was recently renovated, very nice finishes, structural work is done, and is registered with the historic commission. I couldn't find any business licenses for the co-working space it's housing now. I tried contacting the current LLC but have had no success. The property looks like it needs very little work done to it and is too good to be true.

What do I still need to do due diligence wise and should I give up on trying to contact the LLC before auction date?

Thanks!!

My girlfriend bought me the book as a present and cannot find the access code. @Michael S.

Hellow everyone,

Looking for stories about how people achieved the purchase of their first rental property. I am trying to receive all of the education I can to gain the courage to make the next steps.

Thanks!

Hi everyone, new member here. I have been interested in becoming a real estate investor for some time. I currently just graduated from college and am working full time. What steps should I be making to transitino into my real estate career and when should I start/ what should I be doing?
