Hey Nelson. I'm in Rochester too. Do you have an, agent that you are working with? I am just getting into the real estate game and I have a great agent who specializes in working with investors. I would suggest finding someone who can help you learn what areas can bring the most bang for your buck. Rochester is full of great areas that can meet or exceed the 2%, just got a know where to look. I can pm you my agents info if you are interested.
