Terry Lao Thanks for the tip!! I wasn't aware of the HELOC situation and may consider holding off on the LLC to take advantage of the equity I have!

I am very excited to embark my journey in the real estate game. As I am soaking up knowledge on a daily basis, I am hoping for some advice on the direction I should choose to get started on a fast track. I currently own a rental home and profit $350 per month. I have never refinanced, and the loan balance is now $101,000, Zillow estimates the house at $205,000. There are so many options with the raiders moving to Las Vegas, I am considering to convert the home to a vacation property in the near future. I even formed an LLC this year to get the ball rolling and build business credit. Before I turn the property to a vacation home, I wanted to see how I can tap into the equity and leverage as many out of town Multi-units?

My goal is to add at least 5 deals to the portfolio before I start my vacation rental.

Thanks Bigger Pockets Forum!!
