@Alberto Nikodimov when you state the zoning laws for Orlando, renting a portion of the owner occupied property, does this stay into effect even if you purchase another property, but retain and move out of the first? Can you rent the first property completely if your not occupying in Orlando or no?

@Shawn McCormick thanks so much! We are excited to get started. We should definitely chat sometime - we have a pretty solid plan but always room for learning and improvement.

We’re doing our best with just starting out and on a limited time scale but all seems to be proceeding apace so that’s good.
