This was very helpful. I was able to get the list now just waiting for them to email it. Now I’m doing research on what which skip tracing service to use. Any suggestions?

Hello, everyone! I am a fairly new investor looking for ideas for new lead sources. One source that I’ve heard mentioned in a few different podcasts is a “water vacancy” list. Has anyone used this list? Could anyone give me some information on how to go about getting this list? The internet hasn’t been very helpful with this particular subject. Thanks in advance!
