#4 Start in a small geographical area and research it until you feel very comfortable. Try to know every deal that goes on it that area. Then move out from there.

#5 Never stop. Make it happen.

Hello I'm new to the real estate industry... And my interest right now are flipping and wholesaling...and wholesaling with no money down..AND WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT GET THE LEGAL PAPER WORK FOR CONTRACTS... LIKE.....CONTRACT FOR ME & SELLER...& A CONTRACT FOR THE BUYER AND I...   WHEN MAKEING MYSELF MIDDLE MAN.... I HOPE TO GET TONS OF FEED BACK ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO SAY IS GOOD....ANY KNOWLEDGE IS GOOD KNOWLEDGE..SO POOR IT ON THICK...
