So with the new laws requiring a license to wholesale in Illinois, I would imagine it wont be AS EASY to wholesale.

Are there any tactical ways around this besides going through an agent?

Sidenote.....Im close enough to Indiana to start business there but unsure of the market. Do they also now have a similar law?

Hi all,

I'm Aaron and besides purchasing my own home, I'm fairly new to real estate investing. I'm looking for some wisdom from more experienced investors. I'm interested in flipping single-family homes and wholesale deals. I would love to volunteer or work under an experienced investor in my area. Feel free to reach out if you're looking to partner or teach!
