@Michael Sweet the market is tightening a lot on the Big Island due to short term rental zoning laws, can work well if you already own one, but the acquisition costs are rising quite a bit. DM me if you want more info

Let me know if people still have questions about investing in Kona. I’m an agent with Hawaii Life and have first hand experience with investing in both development projects and rental properties in Kona. There are some specific items to be aware of both legally and buyer preference wise on the Big Island.
