We supply body wash and shampoo in a shower dispenser. Never bar soap. Most people don't care and the ones that do bring their own brand of stuff.

Ive never had a complaint.

I use Zillow, works great but they do keep your $ for about 5 days before it gets to your account.

I have both, that way the guest gets to choose what they want.

Both are easy and relatively cheap options.

The problem is when you refinanced you got a NEW loan. It doesn't matter if you lived there before.

You started the time over once you signed the new documents as an owner occupied loan.

Honestly, I didn't have any.

Maybe I'm just weird or maybe my military experience gave me a different perspective on what fear really means...

My mom on the other hand worries every single time I buy another property :(

Drives me nuts.
