I think there is a huge market for rentals but there is also a lot of risk to me as well with up keep and tendents.

I current live in Eugene Oregon and there are ton of opportunities to rent properties out, but I really wanted to know what you guys take is about investing in college towns.

Hello Everyone I just wanted to say hello hope everyone is having a good week, if anyone in the Eugene Area or surrounding area has any information on any groups in the area that active I would love to hear from you.
