My wife and I "own" a time share which we have yet to use. My wife and I were dumb enough to believe that "it would be great for our family!!!" As like many others we would love to be rid of it. We just are unsure how or really if it's possible. Any help would be appreciated.? Thanks in advance.

@Chris Adams I prefer the weather here as opposed to IN. I was born in Harvey, IL and lived in Burbonnais for a decade before moving here. No desire to go back to snow. I don't like it when we have to turn the heat on, lol. I appreciate the offer though. Maybe when I get a little less green I may decide to inquire about your offer.

@Antoine Stanley I'm still not sure. I have a full time plus some job, so I don't have a whole lot of time for a flip. I have also had a bad experience renting out. I would like to educate a bit more before a dive forward.

@Jack Bobeck Glad to see someone established who lives around here. I have listened to about fifteen of the podcasts, which actually introduced me to this site. I heard them mention REIA, which if done right sounds like a great thing, but I was not totally convinced. I gladly accept any help you could offer and wholly understand not having the time right now to personally help. Just the offer of someone willing to part with their knowledge and experience helps reinforce what I hear on the podcasts. Thanks again, and I will definitely drop you a line.
