"Wait - I can't touch the siding??!" Flipping a condex comes with a whole new set of challenges. Is there an HOA? Are there reserve funds? Common areas expenses? Master insurance policy vs. owners policy? Right of first refusal? How do you build curb appeal when you need the other unit owners approval? The list goes on. Join us virtually as we walk you through a condex we're flipping in Woburn, MA and the due diligence necessary when buying this type of property.

The education offered at Fix & Flip events is geared towards newer investors, wholesalers and RE agents but all real estate and related industry professionals are welcome! We encourage you to ask questions, network, and share deals. We always provide our actual evaluations on the project & we may provide info about how you can find other educational resources we offer.

Following!  We have this same issue.  Tried to have one retrofitted in NH after doing a 6 family, Doorbird quoted us about $8K!  I'll let you know who we ended up with, but it wasn't ideal.

Now looking to put this in our new builds going forward.  Hopefully someone has a solid option!

Join Matt Perry of AA Real Estate Home Buyers and AA Premier Properties for a Fix & Flip webinar from our latest project in Raymond, NH. Learn how agents & investors can be a resource for each other, to provide quality services to clients and close more transactions together!

Agents, learn how to position yourself as the expert who knows exactly what to say when a client asks “what would one of
those investors pay for my home?” Learn how it can be beneficial to you and your clients to have an investor connection in your toolbox, and be able to provide clients with multiple options when trying to sell a home that is in need of a renovation.

Investors, learn how to find investor-friendly agents and how to become a trusted resource for them. Although homes are flying off of the market right now, real estate isn’t one size fits all and you can be the trusted investor that they call when there’s a market shift, one of their listings just won’t sell, or their listing is in need of a renovation.

Let’s build relationships that can help you, help your clients!

It will all come to an end, the Foreclosure Moratorium, unemployment benefits, the Paycheck Protection Program, and then what?

Join us in kicking off a new era at REI Unleashed and prepare for what's coming next in the real estate market. Maryann Little from Short Sale Mitigation will go over everything investors need to know about short sales.

You’ll get answers to: Why should I care about short sales? How much should I offer on a short sale? Why do people say I can’t flip a short sale and how do I do it? Can you wholesale a short sale? And so much more.

Maryann has been helping homeowners, investors, agents, and attorneys negotiate Short Sales since 2009. With a 98% success rate, Maryann and her team have helped hundreds of homeowners sell their negative equity home, avoid foreclosure, and negotiate millions of dollars in debt relief.

Short sales are coming. Will you be ready?

You must REGISTER for this FREE event to receive the link to join! You will receive a confirmation email with instructions to join the meeting.
