Do you think that house hacking will be just as relevant post-covid? What about for duplex/triplex/quadplex situations? Higher risk now? I am currently saving up for my first HH and was looking to get into a turnkey quad sometime next year....just looking for some insight on the topic in general.

I'm a younger guy (23), just graduated college with a bunch of debt. Looking to get into house hacking for obvious reasons, and was wondering whether my large student loan would affect my ability to receive an FHA loan??

Coming across a deal where 2 duplexes in the same s/d are for sale by the same owner. Is is possible to purchase both of them in one deal (4 units total) and do a house hack? Asking this because I know in-law units can be used for house hacking for single family and was wondering if a similar process could be done here, even though the 2 in this situation wouldn’t be on the same lot.
