@Jimmy Johnson rentometer is pretty good as long as you know it lumps together duplexes, luxury apartments, SFR's etc. make sure to only compare the comps that are like to the building you have.

Otherwise a good agent or just looking through zillow/apartments.com works too

Hi @Tomer Maoz You could try coastal credit union. Not great rates but possible. You just need to donate $18 to a specific charity to become a member. I have a coastal HELOC on my primary but decided not to do it on any rentals

Prospect for 3-5 hours a day. Cold call, Door knock, contact people you know, make videos about the area and then message your followers
