Hello,

I am a new investor in the Northern Virginia Market. The idea of passive income to diversify my income streams resonates with me and I gravitate towards buy-and-hold cash flowing properties. I teamed up with a fellow like-minded investor and we purchased our first rental property in the past year. We are currently looking to continue purchasing cash flowing properties in the Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland markets over the next several years.

Looking forward to meeting and working with all of you motivated real-estate investors out there.
