Escrow asking for a letter of Mental Competentcy on a CA (Power of Att) POA that was submitted for an 80 yr old Grandmother. Dr not to cooperative at this point, just wondering if anyone has gotten passed this issue another way, I imagine conservatorship, but that's going to take a while in court, Riverside County. Thoughts?

Looking to sell a dup in San Bernardino County, tenants have been paying half rents, and now refusing entry to sell the property claiming new covid non entry laws? Thoughts recommendations?

Hello all, I did see a bit on this but specifically I was trying to get an answer on whether or not Successor in Interest in CA can Sell the Decedents Property? I get the rights re the servicer and obtaining info etc. Anyone? I believe it's still a probate deal...got to love probate.
