Hey @Nick Benjamin, sorry for the late response. But as far as KC, our team isalways actively looking for more management opportunities for short term, and long-term rentals.

At the moment, we are sitting back and waiting for some current short term rental regulations to pass, and lawsuits from local homeowners who are rightfully protesting against city councils about the new changes to their zoning laws.

...How about yourself? What do you do in the KC area and own any property?

Hey JJ, i'd reccomend Sean Rakidzich of airbn automated. He has tons of great free material and is a pro at the arbitrage model! 

At the moment I'm operating in the lake ozarks market, but noticed that there wasnt a forum for that under the Missouri Forum Boards here on BP.

As far as future projects, Our team is currently waiting for Jackson County Zoning Officials to settle the current proposed STR regulations going around the city.
