Not sure if this is the correct group but was wondering what were some creative ways to get financed for empty land besides the usual 20% or higher down payments

Where can I find the meet up app thanks

I am from north central Ohio, so the Cleveland area is about 45 minutes from me don't know any investors in that area. Also have started listening to podcasts about long distance investing to keep most options for now before I try focusing only on one option and missing out on deals

Ill be on vacation next week may 31-june 6 already planned so if any fellow investor's are in the outer banks area could plan something then if it could work

I'm looking for fellow investors to get to know better on here, on the phone and possibly meeting wanting to network as much as possible

Hi was wondering what numbers would you look at on this deal, price just dropped after less than a month to 89k it's a duplex side by side One unit is 2/1 other is only 1/1 have separate utilities rent combined for 850 a month annual tax is $1150 most single family homes rent for at least 750 and up there are small apartments in the area usually rented for 550 or more in the area

Hi not sure if this is the correct section but curious as to how some of the people that have been in real estate were able to get started? How did you build your network? Etc thanks

i started with a family member but that was all so my network is very limited so I have been on here listening to podcasts and books trying to improve my understanding

Hi everyone most houses near me are selling well over price, so was considering to look more into the long distance investing but was wondering how you decide what markets to look into?

Hi currently have a property that trying to decide if it's better to push to pay off with the money that I have set aside for future investments the

positive I see is no more mortgage payments so would be almost the same as another rental payment when paid off

con side is if a great deal becomes available I wouldn't have the money to make a purchase right a way

in the past the few rentals I have I made cash purchases so don't have much experience in the financial  rentals
