Hi BP!

These are listed with a broker that I deal with regularly.  Both are owned by the same owner, and are in a great little College Town in Georgia.  The county where they're located has grown 6% in the last year, and is projected to grow 33% in the next 10 years.  There are large blue collar employers and a good sized Private College in the town.

I have management and contractors ready to start Due-Diligence. What I need are JV/Equity Partners to come up with the down payment. PM me if you're interested and have a great day!

Zee, There are great pockets in Fulton, at very affordable price points in the B/C space. East Point and the Westside in particular. Let me know if you need help finding some, we move 15-25 properties a month. Best of luck! Nick
