when applying for a cash out refinance on a property that is owned what do banks/borrowers look for in an applicant? Is a mortgage broker more effective in this situation?

Does BOA still do small mortgages? There are nice areas of Florida where every property is less than 50k so one would have to assume that some lenders are participating. Right???? Lol.

haha yeah all i know is it was some building in brooklyn but im sure someone on here is a big fan. i give him credit where credit is due but i wish the selfmade developers got as much recognition as the donald does. what to you think?

One would have to be skeptical when you have 3 or four houses in a neighborhood currently for sale or recently sold for 10-20k and the surrounding houses are all over 100k. Is it possible that the higher prices are outdated because they are not recent transactions?
