hey guys. looking for an updated reo company link list. i know there is a list currently on this site, but it looks like it's missing newer companies like ahms and so on. would like to search for REOs across the county in specific cities directly from company sites.

be careful of the monthly dues. .they can be $500+ per month and often times much more. also, many condo conversions have occupation rules. Resale market is tough too, because financing is not available for most units.. oh, and one more thing, Onsite management may take 40%-60% of the profits generated from the rental program..

i have a real estate background and just started a foreclosure real estate investment company. looking forward to participating on this forum and learning from experienced investors across this country. i've attended about 5 public courthouse auctions so far. unfortunately, i missed out on my first property by about $900, but i didn't want to exceed my maximum bid. currently, working on a spreadsheet and analyzer program to help with analysis and decision making quickly and easily.
