@Sher J. No, it's not in the listing notes for a lot of the properties I've been looking at. I appreciate the help though. I assumed it would work but wasn't sure.

Simple question. Is it ethical to contact and ask the selling agent how much a house is renting for?

Hey guys,

Just wondering. I need to find comps on a property I'm looking to buy, considering there is no rent history. Do you guys have any advice on that? Should I just go on Craigslist and look for units with comparable features?

Hey Guys,

So, I'm 21 looking for a duplex. I'm pre-approved and ready to go, but I'm wondering if you guys have any tips on analyzing investments. I know the 1% rule. What should I look out for beyond that?

Hey Guys,

So, I'm looking to buy my first rental property. I've been looking through the HUD listing at the local forclosures. My question is, is it possible to finance the purchase of a foreclosure with a loan from my family? If so, where would one get contracts for that? Any details on the process would be very helpful. Thanks!
