Ok, that is what I keep telling her. And surprisingly she has been paying rent. Until this month that is. She is upset because I am charging her for a technician call so now suddenly she's at me with "my lease is not with you" stuff.

Just wanted to make sure I was correct in my statement to her. Even though the lease does state that it's with the tenant and the owner. Covering my bases! Thank you!!!

An owner had their property with one management company and transferred the property over to my company with a tenant already in place and a lease with the old management company. Tenant refuses to work with the new management team as she states her lease is not with us. Her lease does not expire until June. What can I do?
