That's the email address I used. I received a generic response two days ago, but no answer to my question.  I've reached out 3 times, with no further response.  It would be nice if there were a number I could call.

I have been trying to connect with BiggerPockets for a week to get access to the Pro Membership which I paid for.  I have not had a response.  Is there another way to reach them?  A little frustrated!
