Hello, I am in need of some advice from everyone. We currently have a rental property and our tenants lease ends at the end of May. We were writing back and forth via email and told them that we would be willing to let them renew when their lease was up with a small increase in rent and we would draw up a lease renewal agreement. However, we are thinking that we may want to move back to the area and back into the house.

I understand that we do not have a signed lease renewal agreement with our tenants, but what is the best way to inform them of our intent and get them to vacate? I also understand that is may not be something that is common so if anyone has been in a similar position, I would love to know how it worked out. Thank you!
