If you're forming a MMLLC with arms-length members, it's very advisable to have an attorney and tax CPA to draft the operating agreement.

Thank you. I think we are going to put some money together and pay a pro to draft it all up.

You should speak with a lawyer.

Too many ways the partnership can turn sour. Thank you. The more I think about it the more it becomes of a good call to roll with a pro.

Hello Bigger Pockets Nation,

I am interested in starting a real estate investment group with a group of friends. We want to start an LLC and purchase our first condo as our first investment property. I searched online and found way too many options and didn't know which one to choose. It is going to be a multi member partnership. (5 members) If anyone knows or has a template that I can use to start the Partnership agreement here it would be great. I looked online and was checking to see if anyone has a template or needed passages for me. I look forward to any advice or pointers. Thank you.

Thank you Jonathan, Josh & Christopher I really appreciate your input. I will have to talk to other agents in the office Monday. I just have the type of mentality to just do things quick and get results. Thank you for taking time to help me out.

I'm not sure where to ask this question. Here it goes. Is there a great website that you have used for door hangers, business cards, keychains or other marketing items? I just received my Real Estate Salesman License and want to cost out marketing materials and hit the road running. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hello BP Nation,

I am a Fresno based entrepreneur that loves Real Estate & cigars. I follow @biggerpockets on Instagram and love the motional pictures that they put on their account. If you don't follow them I suggest you do. Now with social media & technology advancing I recommend all of you to look into this. Give me  a follow on Instagram @mcminassian to see my journey in this Fresno market I live in. I am working on getting my RE Salesman license and would love to have more followers in this local market. I will follow back. Let's all grow together.

Good day & night to you all.

Welcome to BP. I'm in the process of saving for my first live in multiplex here in Fresno. I'm going to take my RE license exam next month and try to purchase my property as an agent.

Welcome. I'm new too. I'm in the process of studying for the RE salesman license and want to purchase a multi unit as a primary residence. Rent out the others to generate cash flow. Good luck with your journey.

Hello BP members, I'm going to take my Real Estate exam next month. I want to be active in Fresno because I still see there is potential here. I know that I have options when it comes to choosing a broker. What questions should I ask the prospective broker that I want to hang my license with? Thank you.
