Thank you. I think we are going to put some money together and pay a pro to draft it all up.

I am interested in starting a real estate investment group with a group of friends. We want to start an LLC and purchase our first condo as our first investment property. I searched online and found way too many options and didn't know which one to choose. It is going to be a multi member partnership. (5 members) If anyone knows or has a template that I can use to start the Partnership agreement here it would be great. I looked online and was checking to see if anyone has a template or needed passages for me. I look forward to any advice or pointers. Thank you.

Thank you Jonathan, Josh & Christopher I really appreciate your input. I will have to talk to other agents in the office Monday. I just have the type of mentality to just do things quick and get results. Thank you for taking time to help me out. 

I'm not sure where to ask this question. Here it goes. Is there a great website that you have used for door hangers, business cards, keychains or other marketing items? I just received my Real Estate Salesman License and want to cost out marketing materials and hit the road running. Any help would be appreciated.
