GOOD EVENING BIGGER POCKETS IM LOOKING FOR AN ARCHITECT IN THE CHICAGO COMMUNITY 

i recent bought a house with hard money and i didnt take out enough money too complete the project so how can i get additional funding too finish the project.Also after buying the house its was 5 bed room two bath but after reviewing all the paper work after the sell it was only 3bedroom and one bath room.WHEN IT CAME TOO MY ATTENTION WAS AFTER THE APPRAISAL CAME BACK ONLY GIVING 8,000 DOLLAR OF VALUE CAN ANYONE GIVE SOME SOUND ADVICE

MY apprasial after repair of the house barely paid off the hard money loan, My problem im  having after talking with the apprasial is the attic is not on the deed so he could not add the value too the property can someone give me any option
