In Maryland state does the motivated seller have to a written statement giving me permission to assign the agreement? I went to law depot online and one of the clauses specifically said "assignability" and it states: " The buyer may not assign this agreement without the seller's written consent. This agreement is binding on the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors,personal representatives, and assigns, as the case may be, of the seller and buyer"
