My Name is Reverend C Babinchak I have Lived in Utah for most my life spent some time in NYC, I have been working in the Real Estate Education Coaching Company's and Ebay and Ecommerance Company's for the past 10 years.

I Start Investing myself 5 years ago and made great money doing it parttime but now doing real estate investing fulltime. I buy bulk foreclosures and sell them to my investor in my investors club at .15 to .40 cents on the dollar.

I do hard money lending and as well help people gain equity quicker!

Let me give you a little personal perspective. I’ve had my own company that provided the sales for real estate guru’s. I got out of that industry because it made me sick to know these guys were basically making fortunes off people’s ignorance.

They sell programs at 10 to 20 times what they’re worth and then they hijack the person’s credit card for all the money it has on it. I swore I would never play in that game ever again because about 95% of those who buy RE investment education get ripped off. :protest:
