It All Fell Apart (The House)
I encourage you to read my previous post to get all the dirty before continuing. Read it? Okay.
I decided to pass on the house for a couple of big reasons: All of the major systems have failed in that house. I couldnt leave the inside the way it was and expect to get the rent I wanted and make up the difference. I just dont have access to enough money to make the numbers work. If I could pay cash for everything, I could make it work.
Would you invest in a house that needed new roof, ac, electrical, sewer lines and or septic tank? If the numbers made sense, why not? Unfortunately they dont. The hardest part is walking away from a deal that you want to make work.
