Separation of work and relationship.

Recently I've been struggling between balancing my ambition with my demanding relationship. I need more guidance in this area, and I need to find more books that kind of address how to maintain a successful relationship while in the state of pigheaded discipline and determination... although more on the "determination" side of things. I lose my footing for discipline when my relationship isn't solid or isn't completely on-board with my will to get into REI, and I wonder if other people are that way, or if it's a gender thing (yeah I said it).

So, that was kind of my set-back today. I spent most of my time trying to fix my relationship - not sure which to put first. In the future, if this happens, hopefully I'll have enough people in my network to turn to for ambitious productivity, and not my partner. I may need to keep my relationship and work separate, unfortunately. :( It's not what I idealized.

Signed up for a webinar about REI with little/no money down for tomorrow! Also flew through the audiobook of Brandon Turner's book on the topic while working, though now I need to sit down with a notebook and create a working flow-chart for what may or may not work for me.

Living in the bay area, I don't think it will be possible to use the FHA loan without moving out-of-state. It's going to be all about the networking now, and creating a system to identify and target good deals.

I can't believe there are houses out there or even duplexes that go for 50k and under. It really temps me to move to like... Kentucky or Tennessee. REALLY TEMPTED.
