Market Update For Congress Park Denver Condos

It's been a slower than average year for sales in Congress Park. At first glance, the numbers may be attributed to he lock down, but that doesn't correlate with the broader Denver market. We will continue to post stats for the neighborhood and watch it closely.

As the demand from Buyers continues to outpace available inventory, we are monitoring the supply of Denver Condos every day, watching for homes as they are entered into the MLS. We just created this report for one of our team's clients, and thought it was worth posting here.
