is one of the most highly sought after neighborhood in Arvada and our team receives several inquires about it each month. As we were looking at some Arvada Homes for one of our clients today, we ran a market report for the sold homes over the past 6 months and wanted to share that here.

 

This report includes all homes sold, foreclosures, short sales and "regualr" sales, over the past 6 months. For his time period, there were 19 sold homes with a median sold price of $301,897. The most encouraging number in this report (at least for Sellers) is that homes old for roughly 98% of list price and the median days on market was just 14!
