A year and a few months later...

I just re-read my last blog post about being burned out and it gave me context to remind me how lucky I am. Since that post I have gone from 5 rental units to 12 (including those under contract), am finishing up my first flip and am likely about to assign a deal for the first time for some quick capital.

I've also switched employers and am now working from home full time.

In short, I'm the luckiest SOB that ever lived.
