Idaho's Lower Percentage of Union Workers (But Notable Annual Membership Increase)
Source: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

According to recently released findings by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statics, Idaho has a significantly lower percentage of union workers than the national average. As a Right-to-Work-state, which means employees cannot be forced to join a union or pay union dues, this isn't overly surprising. With that said, membership across the state increased over the past year (which likely correlates to the pandemic's unprecedented conditions). Read the full press release here.
