What now- I've learned some skills

Now that I'm working with someone teaching me some of the trades I'll need in doing real estate what should I do next.

I have to build a team.

I need someone that has the same passion I have for real estate as I do, someone with vision and a way to look at doing deals outside the box of conventional financing.

I need to surround myself with people that have done deals and who are good at it, realtors that invest and rehab, private money lenders that will pay fast and not charge a lot of points, contractors that get to the job and stay until it is complete, friends and family that can help me out when I need to close the deal, staging, clean up and sometimes a little money.

It seems so overwhelming but this homework is what makes a GURU
