Facebook For Home Buyers

Phone users spend hours on social media every day. The free space on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter is valuable in reaching potential customers. Read on to see how you can use Facebook to promote your home buying business.

1. Post Daily

If you're not posting regular content or being constantly active on your account, they'll bump you in the feed. Conversely, if you decide to engage with your followers, you'll be seen as adding value and they'll boost your engagement. In light of that, try taking some kind of valuable action every day. Respond to follower comments, post an inspiring image or ask a question! Whatever you do, just make that content engaging.

2. Have Engaging Content

As previously mentioned, engaging content is valuable content. If you post things that people like to connect with i.e. photos and videos, you'll receive more engagement. Add value in inspiring ways. Consider doing a live video! This definitely boosts engagement as it is a new feature. Social media channels want to encourage folks to use their new features. So if you use it, they'll likely send out an extra notification to your followers.

3. Get Your Basics Down

In order for followers to find you faster, and for your customers to be informed, make sure to fill out your basics. In the "About" section be sure to add your hours of business, your address and of course how to contact you. Bonus points for those who fill out the small description section as it looks good to Facebook.

As a professional home buyer, your schedule is busy. But we've seen activity on social media pay off. It doesn't take very much maintenance but the reward is worth it!
